Special holiday cakes

Our hand-made Panettone and Pandoro are traditionally eaten on those most important holidays and should not be confused with the common industrial versions.

Our cake begins with the careful selection of the raw ingredients and then it is prepared entirely by hand, ensuring a product that is a genuine pastry shop speciality. To bring out their full fl avour, these cakes should be left in a heated room shortly before being served so that the butter within softens. Then you are ready to bite into the cake and savour its goodness as it melts in your mouth. The 3 and 5 kg. panettones must be pre-ordered. It is advised that you check on product availability, especially late into the season.
