Our cakes are the perfect dessert for special occasions or simply to add a touch of joy to daily life. These baked specialities will bring the tastes of our traditions and the quality of our products into your home. They are available in two varieties.

The SBRISOLOSA® Cake is a typical sweet of the Lombardy plains, and specifi cally of the Cremona province. Since the 1500s this traditionally home-made cake has been prepared and enjoyed on feast days. Fieschi makes this cake exactly as it was made centuries ago, using only natural and wholesome ingredients. The name of this cake derives from its consistency that tends to “sbriciolarsi” or crumble.

The NOCCIOLE PIEMONT CAKE is a hazelnut cake from the Piedmont region of Italy, an area known for the extraordinary quality of its hazelnuts. Thus we take a little drive outside our local territory to collect the locally grown nuts of a neighbouring province. This marvellous cake also has an ancient tradition and we are proud to include it among our products.
