Augusto Fieschi, impassioned connoisseur of traditional Cremonese gastronomy over the centuries, began producing torrone, mostarda and typical sweets exclusively using carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality in 1867.
Since then, the company’s philosophy has remained unchanged: to research and rediscover the flavours of our local culinary tradition and to present them in products of the highest levels that distinguish the “Fieschi Style”.
